Rally Against Cancer is a seasonal fundraising program in which participants raise money leading up to the Red Sox' home opener at Fenway Park each year. With both teams and individuals having opportunities to earn unique prizes based on achieved fundraising milestones, the program has raised over $7 million in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since 2006.
